OK all, can't believe it but the nights are slowly pulling in and we are looking at yet again holding the popular HCC Spinning classes. Currently we are looking at numbers of interested people, and also possibly being held on a non club ride night, or even a Saturday morning. Cost will be £4

16 Aug 14: UPDATE on Spinning Classes
OK, so the nights are starting to close in, and its time to start thinking about those spinning classes again. We have kindly been allocated a slot on Wednesday evenings at 8pm at real bodies gym. No start date confirmed as yet but in the next few weeks if the interest is there. Cost is a reasonable £4 per class, and if people want to block book it will be £20 for 6 sessions (5 + 1 free) but it must be used within 2 months of start date. People will need to book in in advance, max of 14 people per session. Minimum number per session is 5 people.
