HCC Spinning Classes

Spinning classes are starting Wed 3rd Sept
We can now confirm we will be starting spin classes on Wednesday 3rd September 2014 at Real Bodies Gym, timings will be 2000 - 2045hrs a total of 14 per week. People will need to book in advance to avoid missing out. They will need to text 07590261669 to book or they can book a week in advance on the night. Hope this all makes sense. Prices will be
£4 per session or £20 of six sessions (to be used within 2 months).
Places are limited to 14 hardy souls, and will be booked on a first come, first serve bases. So if you fancy a good friendly workout, and a laugh get those names in. It is open to ALL HCC members no matter what your ability, as it is you that controls your own effort. If you have never tried it before, nows the time to give it a go.
